Noa Porten is a certified meditation & mindfulness teacher (Interdependence Project), dancer and storyteller living alongside chronic illness. Noa is passionate about creating inclusive spaces and making both dance and mindfulness accessible.
In Noa’s mindful movement class you can expect guided mindful movement focused on body awareness, a formal meditation practice or mindfulness exercise, and optional discussion. Different movement options are provided for sitting, standing or laying down. Students are encouraged to listen to their body and practice in a way that works for them throughout.
